Antigua and Barbuda is ready to celebrate “Taste of Wadadli” to celebrate the rich cuisine of the country at Weatherills Hotel on October 25, 2024, from 6 PM to 10 PM. The Antigua and Barbuda Hotels and Tourism Association is the presenting body of the event. The ticket is priced at East Caribbean $350, including taxes. The culinary team will showcase live cooking while the people will enjoy specialized cocktails and a six-course tasting menu.
The expert culinary team features Ronald Reagan Wilson, the “Chef of the Year 2023,” at the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Awards Gala. He is also the Head Chef at Blue Waters Resort & Spa. Britanya McLaren, the winner of the “Taste of Wadadli Pastry Chef Competition 2024”. She is a Pastry Cook at Hermitage Bay. Altino Spencer, the winner of the “Taste of Wadadli Mixology Competition 2022/2023”. Azarie Crump, winner of the “Taste of Wadadli Junior Chef Competition 2023”. The team will be accompanied by young chefs like Chef Jean Pierre Tuitt and Chef Adrian Browne.
The guests will be served with an excellent six course tasting menu, cuisines paired with cocktails and wines. The event is anticipated to be filled with guests and entertainment.
