Moreover, the championship took place on an attractive Marriott Beach in the territory of St. Kitts and Nevis. Furthermore, the event brought together countries to compete with each other. The top teams qualified for the FIVB Beach Volleyball U21 World Championship in Georgia in July 2025.
But this year, the event was even more interesting for St Kitts and Nevis. This is the second time this country has held this tournament. The championship had 13 teams from 11 countries worldwide. Moreover, Dominica’s victory in the men’s division was the highlight of the championship. The Dominica team played exceptionally and overcame tough competition to claim the top spot. Their success is a very proud moment for Dominica and highlights the growing talent in the country’s beach volleyball scene.
The host country, St. Kitts and Nevis, had the best opportunity to enter three male and three female teams. Moreover, this opportunity allowed local players to compete in front of their home crowd, and the support from local fans created an energetic and motivating atmosphere. This championship was not only a showcase of the best athletic talent but also a show of their love and commitment to the sport and community.
However, this certainly underlines the growth of beach volleyball within the region and the ECVA’s commitment to the development of youth sports. The championship also gave young players the best opportunities and a means of interacting with people in other parts of the Caribbean. It also improved the spirit of sportsmanship among the participants, which made the occasion very enjoyable.
For Dominica, winning this championship is a big achievement. The victory brings pride to their country and sets them up for future success as they prepare for the world stage. The upcoming FIVB Beach Volleyball U21 World Championships will be the next big challenge for Dominica.
