Guyana: The Miss Guyana Culture Queen Pageant has announced its winner for the 2024 season during the final round held at the Guyana Marriot on June 21. Shequana Holder has emerged as the winner for 2024.
A total of ten finalists competed on the finale day. However, contestant number 9 Shequana Holder clinched the prestigious title by scoring 1,400 points.
Winner Shequana Holder was also awarded with several other tags including Best National Dress, Best in National Dress, Best in Swimwear, Best in Archery, Best Talent and the chosen FACE of Guyana Fashion Showcase.
Miriam Alexander was awarded with First runner up in the pageant, who gathered a score of 1,332 points.
Shanae Heber, with a score of 1,315 points, won the title of Second runner-up in the pageant.
Additionally, Precious Barrow won the title of Best Interview during the Miss Guyana Culture Queen Pageant. Barrow was also among the top five contestants in the pageant.
The top five finalists for the Miss Guyana Culture Queen Pageant 2024 were:

- Shequana Holder
The judges also announced that Shequana Holder, the winner of Miss Guyana Culture Queen 2024, will also get the opportunity to represent Guyana at the Miss Caribbean Culture Queen pageant.
Miss Guyana Culture Queen is a national level pageant that looks for beauty ambassadors to represent and promote Guyana’s culture.
Also, during the finale day of Miss Guyana Culture Queen 2023, Shemina Peroune joined and took her final walk and passed the baton to her successor.
