Caribbean: The much-anticipated “Women’s Caribbean Premier League (WCPL 2024) is all set to kickstart today with an inauguration ceremony. The matches will be commenced on August 22, 2024, and will run through August 29, 2024, at the Brian Lara Cricket Ground in Trinidad and Tobago.
The inauguration celebration will feature dance, music and performances of the artistes who will honour the teams and the cricketers. A total of seven T20 matches will be held for the eight-day tournament.
It will also feature the participation of the three games such as Barbados Royals, Guyana Amazon Warriors and Trinbago Knight Riders. The finals of the game will be held on August 29, 2024.
