Jamaica: The US Hurricane Center has declared that the Beryl has transformed into a category five storm after the landfall and the destructive winds it has caused.
Weather Jamaica, reacting to the update, stated that the current packing winds have been noted at 160mph. This situation can turn bad for the island nation Jamaica.
Even though Hurricane Beryl weakens, while it passes Jamaica, it will be a major hurricane and can cause havoc.
Hurricane Beryl is now moving towards the eastern Caribbean Sea after hammering the Windward Islands.
Currently, it is a threat to Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, and Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula this week.
So, all the residents are advised to stay cautious and keep themselves equipped with the things of basic necessities.
