Antigua and Barbuda: To bring together the most talented artists from twelve Caribbean islands, Antigua Barbuda has set the stage for the regional soca event. In the series of events, Kari Soca will be the first to be hosted on August 10.
It is to be noted that Kari Soca, will be the inaugural event and it is being promoted as the groundbreaking Caribbean Soca showdown, that is going to be one of its kind. It will be held at the The Lot located at the Friars Hill Road and will begin at 9:00 PM.
This unique stage will bring together the best Soca artists across the Caribbean and give the crowd a chance to enjoy high-energy competition and celebration of the genre.
The tagline for the event describes the intensity of the competition, which is “It’s not just a competition, it’s the ultimate showdown.”
The organizers are pitching it as an electrifying showcase of musical talent and competition amongst top-notch artists.

- Imran Nerdy from St Lucia
- TR Shine to take part from Belize
- Ras Kelly to represent the island of St Kitts
The dynamic array of artists will showcase their best Soca performances, bringing their unique skills to this landmark event.

The Tickets will be available at different tiers. Early birds will cost $60, regular at $75, Hooker Lounge will be sold at $125, and VIP tickets will be priced at $250.
