Amid the Caribbean Wellness Month, the Dominican Youth Business Trust took the initiative to start hiking to Middleham Falls. The Dominican government has given a green signal to this initiative of DYBT. Registration for this beautiful waterfall started on 16 September 2024 and will close on 21 September 2024.
This fun activity will be a part of the Dominican Youth Business Trust (DYBT). Also, it is expected to gather more tourism in the country. Caribbean Wellness Month is an initiative taken by the government to promote the wellness of the public. It focuses on non-communicable diseases in which the mental health of the individual remains at first.
To help people dealing with mental stress, the Dominican Youth Business Trust took this opportunity to bring adventures into the lives of these people. Sources indicate that it will also contribute majorly to the lives of people living alone. The DYBT took to their official Facebook page, where they promoted the registrations for the hike to Middleham Falls.
Since 21 September 2024 is the last date to register, they had requested that people register themselves at their convenience by that time. $35.00 is the total cost for this hike, which will cover the expenditure of water and transportation as well. After posting about this update, DYBT has also encouraged people to be a part of this fantastic experience.
Sources indicate that this adventure will bring positivity and fun experiences into the lives of people, especially those who are lonely. A group activity will bring enthusiasm amongst all the members and will give justice to the Caribbean Wellness Week.
Earlier, The Dominican Youth Business Trust also promoted Caribbean Wellness Month on their official Facebook page, with various fun activities for the whole week. They provided the official links for registration to Hiking along with a Zoom power hour evening session every day from 16 September to 21 September.
The Middleham Falls lies in the heart of the rainforest in Morne Trois Piton National Park. Not only does the waterfall make the place much more active, but the beautiful scenery of trees, shrubs, and plants also enhances the overall view of the waterfall.
The falls have a narrow stream of 200 ft., which makes it adventurous. Various safety measures have been taken by the authorities present to look after the people. The chilly water and fun adventure is what makes that place much more exciting. To officially be a part of this adventure, DYBT has requested early registration before 21 September 2024.
