Roseau, Dominica: The Commonwealth of Dominica is all set to host the Bike Festival 2024 for the first time from July 19-21, which will attract the bikers from several Caribbean nations including Saint Lucia, St. Kitts, St. Martin, Martinique, Guadeloupe and Miami. This enthralling festival will be organized by 767 Bike Life in collaboration with the Dominica Festivals Committee and Nature Island Riders.
The theme decided for the festival is “Helmet On, Ride On, Safety is a must.” The organizers have made sure that the participating bikers will enjoy the festival in a secure and safe environment.
The three-day event promises to provide exciting events and entertainment to the attendees, also keeping the strong emphasis on safety.
The special guests that will be joining for Dominica’s first ever bike-festival are Leeky Dabikestar, Miami Skeet, Braap, Marliwizz.
The schedule for the festival that has been shared by the organisers reveals that, July 19, Day-1 will be the Welcome Ceremony and Stunt Showcase which will feature daring displays by riders from all around the world. The event will begin at 4:00 PM, at the Roseau River Promenade.
After the showcase of bike stunt there will be an after party arranged for the bikers at The Factory, Valley Road, Roseau. The after party will start at 8:00 PM and the entry fees to it will be $30.
The Day-2 will begin at 10:00 AM with Wheel’n and Wild’n Bike Exhibition at the Canefield Airport. The activities hosted will include Loudest exhaust, balance, obstacle course competition. This will be further followed by people’s choice, best burnout.
For day-2 the day pass will cost $30 from morning to night, the entry after drags (2:00 PM) will be $20 and for the VIP ticket, the entry cost will be $100.
The competition registration fee will be $50 for each competition and $100 for Drags, either for the race or to test your machine.
The Day 3 will have an Island Ride Out at the Cruise Ship Berth, Roseau from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The route to be followed will be Scenic stops in Marigot, Calibishie, and Portsmouth beaches, ending at Bell Hall Beach Bar.
The passes for the Island Ride Out will cost $50, including a t-shirt and a band. The tour pass can be purchased from MaxDag Motorsports, 27 Cork St. Roseau, and Canefield Airport. The season ticket will be $100.
It is to be noted that the Government of Dominica, through the Dominica Festival Committee, will sponsor the event. Also, the organizers will take care of all the safety protocols and aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience to everyone.
