Prime Minister Terrance Drew visits Warner Park along with his wife to support the St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots team in the evening match of the Caribbean Premier League. The match took place between two great teams, Antigua and Barbuda Falcons and St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots. Both the teams played well on the field.
Despite great performances on both sides, St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots lost the match by one point, but they played exceptionally well on the field. PM Drew was amazed by the performance of the top scorer, Mikyle Louis, who ranked first in the entire match with a score of 63.
PM Terrance Drew took to his official Facebook page, where he appreciated the performance of Mikyl Louis by stating, “It’s certainly a moment of immense pride to see our homegrown player perform exceedingly well at such a high level.”
Mr. Drew also expressed his hope that St. Kitts would win the last match, which would be played on their home ground, which unfortunately couldn’t take place. But the fantastic performance of the teams gave viewers a reason to be happy and proud of the tournament.
Earlier, PM Drew visited Canyon to have a word with the local citizens and communities out there and learn about their issues related to the lack of infrastructure, poor sanitation, and cleanliness problems in their area. His visit to the community also gave the localities a chance to come forward and express their concerns over minor to significant issues in the community.
Mr. Drew was personally involved with all the players after the match, motivating them for all the upcoming games. Apart from visiting Warner Park and Canyon Community, PM Drew had also made his appearance in the Canyon School. Prime Minister Terrace Drew visited Canyon School on August 29, 2024, to check on the renovation.
PM Drew took to his social media page, where he highlighted the need to visit the people of the country personally and gain knowledge about the ongoing projects in the country. He had ensured his regular visits to schools, communities, stadiums, and various other places, personally involving himself in all the country’s internal matters.
His visit to Warner Park this Sunday evening gained massive attention from the netizens. With his personal interaction with all the players, he conveyed that he would continue to support the future of the country by doing everything possible.
