The Taste of Wadali event will be held at the historic Weatherills Hotel on 25 October 2024 and will show the live cooking talent in Antigua and Barbuda.
The Taste of Wadali event will be held on 25 October 2024 and will feature some great cooking talents such as Ronald Reagan Wilson, Britanya Mclaren, Altino Spencer, Azarie Crump, Jean-Pierre Tuitt, and Adrian Browne. The event will take place at the Historic Weatherhills Hotel from 6 pm to 10 pm. This event will have an entry ticket of EC$350 and will allow fans from across the world.
This live cooking event will focus on raising funds for those in need in Antigua and Barbuda and also showcase the culinary talents of Antigua and Barbuda’s finest chefs while supporting Team Antigua and Barbuda. The team will further go to Miami for a higher level of competition, which is ‘Taste of Caribbean.’
All the chefs of Team Wadali have a great history of their cooking talent. Ronald Wilson was the Chef of the Year 2023 at the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Awards Gala. Brittany McLaren was the winner of the Taste of Wadadli Pastry Chef Competition 2024. Altino Spencer also made a mark in the Taste of Wadadli Mixology Competition 2022/2023. Azarie Crump has also been a young winner of the Taste of Wadadli Junior Chef Competition 2023.
The supporting team will have Chef Jean-Pierre Tuitt as the Young Chef of the Year 2023 and Junior Chef Adrian Browne, who has participated as a chef under mentorship. With all these great achievements, these six stunning chefs will be featured in the much-awaited event ‘Taste of Wadali.’
All the guests can expect energetic and colorful cultural performances and live entertainment throughout the evening, making it a celebration of Antigua’s culinary heritage. This event not only highlights local cuisine but also serves as a platform for upcoming chefs to gain recognition and experience in a competitive environment.

They discussed the great experiences and achievements of these six great chefs who will be performing at the much-awaited event of Antigua and Barbuda. The entire chef team is coached by Chef Olvanah Richardson Burnette, Chef Maurine Bowers, and Jesse Thomas. All of them have given a green signal to the talent of all six chefs. Further, they had also shown excitement for the upcoming Taste of Wadadli event.
