The Commonwealth of Dominica is all set to welcome a total of 29 cruise ships this month that will be docking across various ports on the island – Roseau, Woodbridge Bay Port and Cabrits Cruise Ship Berth.
Two cruises, MV Zuiderdam and MS Amadea, have already made their calls to the island on November 2 and 4, respectively.
These vessels are set to bring hundreds and thousands of passengers to the island’s shores throughout the month, giving a major push to the overall cruise arrivals during what is being anticipated as a highly successful cruise season.
Notably, the season opened in Dominica on October 9 with Celebrity Summit bringing 2159 passengers at the Roseau Cruise Ship Berth.
The island will be welcoming a number of cruises this month with MV Viking Sea arriving today and MV Celebrity Summit arriving on November 7.
Meanwhile, MV Mein Schiff 2 will arrive on Saturday, November 9 while MV Eurodam and MV Disney Magic will be arriving on November 11 and 12 respectively.
The luxury cruise MV Celebrity Summit will make another call to the island on November 14, bringing thousands of passengers. Several other vessels will arrive throughout the month, with MV Carnival Venezia making the last call for November 2024.
