Caribbean: WINAir has received new aircraft ATR42-500 and landed at Princess Julianna International Airport, St Maarten on Sunday. The aircraft has been added into the fleet of the airline, further enhancing the travel options for the Caribbean region.
In order to celebrate the newest addition to the fleet, WINAir launched special introductory fares for a limited time. The travellers are asked to book their flight between November 15 and December 15, 2024, aiming to enhance the travel options for the visitors.
WINAir invited the travellers to book their flights for these incredible offers and noted that the national carrier will provide travel experience to the travellers. The aircraft will bring excellence and innovation for the visitors, continuously improving and expanding services.
WINAir offers direct service to the Caribbean region with several flights, aiming to enhance the large network of connections. It offers service within the Caribbean and into the US, Canada and Europe.
With these flights, WINAIR offers several additional services combined with the DHC 600 Twin Otter flights to several destinations. The airline provides direct service to several countries including Dominica, Nevis and St Maarten.
The Twin Otter provide service to Canefield Airport in Dominica with the 5 flights per week and the normal schedule has also been provided with the ATR 500 aircraf four times per week.
WINAir also recently announced the additional service to Dominica for the upcoming World Creole Music Festival, aiming to enhance the connectivity within the region. The airline also offers more connectivity between all Dutch Caribbean islands with the increasing service of the flights to and for St Maarten, Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire.
The service has been added to the fleet on November 15, 2023, offering great promotional fares on these routes. The fare will start from $69.00 with one-way between Curacao and Bonaire.
After a successful introduction of flights with its own ATR-500 between Sint Maarten and the three ABC islands inn July 2023. The second ATR-500 aircraft arrived in July 2023 and the airline is scheduled to start service on November 15, 2023.
