He also gave a call to the private entities for their contribution in the tourism sector and said that each of the citizen of Dominica has the duty and responsibility to enhance the sector.

Finance Minister also mentioned about the different accolades that Dominica have received in recent times including Travel+Leisure, Forbes, BBC and New York Times.

In order to promote Dominica as premier tourism industry, the country should enhance its customer delivery system and ensure the safety of the natural resources. He asserted that the cleanliness and beautification should be prioritized to attract years.

He added that the Douglas Charles Airport has contributed greatly in accommodating several flights from the airlines such as American Airline and others. Now, the tourism sector has been growing significantly due to warm community of the country.
