The Antigua & Barbuda Basketball Association (ABBA) has shared the official schedule for Week 2 of the Business League, from September 22nd to September 28th, 2024. The business league features a number of local businesses and organizations.
The ABBA encourages fans to show up and cheer on their preferred teams. The league has proven to be a fantastic platform for openly displaying regional talent and encouraging good sportsmanship in the neighborhood.
The first day of the week, Sunday, 22nd September Sunday, starts a much-awaited match between Lava Smoke Shop and H Wright Promotions in the evening around 6:30 pm. H Wright Promotions dominated with a score of 52 points, but viewers looked forward to Lava Smoke Shop’s performance as well. The second match of the day, Anjo Wholesale vs Sledge O’s, was right after the previous match at 7:30 pm. Anjo Wholesale won the match with a 78-point lead, limiting Sledge O’s to just 49 points.
The last match of the day was between Fearless Crew and ABTB around 8:30 pm. Fearless Crew had a rough start, scoring a total of 44 points whears, as ABTB marched ahead with 66 points.
The next day, on Monday, September 23rd, the first match took place between Eye Mobile Vision Care and Lava Smoke Shop around 6:30 pm in the evening. The second match was played between Sandals and Lion Feast at 7:30 pm sharp. The last match was scheduled between Antigua Power Company Richie’s Shooterz at 8:30 pm at night.
On Tuesday, September 24th, the first match has been scheduled between Fearless Crew and Anjo Wholesale in the evening at 6:30 pm. Followed up by the second match of the day between Board of Education and Sledge O’s right next to the previous game. The H Wright Promotions vs ABTB match is scheduled for the evening around 8:30 pm.
On Wednesday, September 25th, the first match will start at the same time in the evening, around 6:30 pm, between United and Lion Feast. The next scheduled for the evening is of Lava Smoke Shop and Antigua Power Company at 7:30 pm. Followed up by the last match of the day between Sandals and Sledge O’s around 8:30 pm.
The upcoming matches on Thursday, September 26th, are Eye Mobile Vision Care vs ABTB at 6:30 pm, right after the second match is set between the Board of Education and Fearless Crew around 7:30 pm. The much-awaited game of the evening, H Wright Promotions vs. Anjo Wholesale, is fixed at 8:30 pm.
On the last day of the second week, on Saturday, September 28th, three matches have been scheduled, starting with the Sandals vs H Wright Promotions at 6:30 pm and Eye Mobile Vision Care vs Board of Education at 7:30 pm. The last match of the day-ending week is between ABTB and Richie’s Shooterz at 8:30 pm.
